Lynn Shotwell is the President and CEO of Worldwide ERC, the world’s largest association for mobility professionals. Lynn is a mission-focused, visionary leader with unique expertise in the intersection of international employment law, global talent mobility and corporate social responsibility. Lynn currently serves as co-chair of the Business Migration Advisory Group to the Global Forum on Migration and Development, as vice-chair of World Education Services, and as an editor on the Journal of Migration Studies. She is a frequent lecturer on global mobility policy and has testified before the US Congress, OECD, European Union, United Nations, and World Trade Organization and has appeared on numerous television and radio shows. Prior to joining Worldwide ERC, Lynn served as Senior Vice President for Global Outreach and Operations at SHRM. She holds a JD from the University of Michigan and a BA International Relations from Michigan State University.
