NTRP Summer Outreach Event

The North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP) recently gathered for an inspiring summer outreach event focused on community impact and connection. Trading standard business operations for hands-on service, members participated in a networking cornhole tournament while working together to assemble and donate over 50 backpacks filled with essential school supplies. This initiative equips local elementary students with the tools they need to enter the upcoming school year with confidence. NTRP extends its sincere gratitude to all members, donors, and volunteers whose dedication made this event a resounding success.

The North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP) recently delivered 50 supply-filled backpacks to a local elementary school, arriving at a critical moment for the surrounding community. Serving more than 600 students, 98.7% of whom are classified as low-income, the school faced a surge of calls from parents seeking support for the upcoming school year, unable to afford basic school supplies.

Prior to the delivery, the school’s principal was prepared to do whatever it took to ensure her students didn't go without, even if that meant working with teachers to pool personal funds and supplies. Learning that NTRP was stepping in brought an emotional moment of relief. The 50 fully stocked backpacks not only lift an enormous financial burden off struggling parents, but they also ensure these students can start their first week of school equipped, confident, and ready to learn.

The donation aligns seamlessly with the elementary school’s core values: Joy, Accountability, and Presence. By showing up and holding its members accountable to be present for the local community, NTRP helped deliver true joy to these young students for the school year ahead.

Great job, NTRP!
