 The Director will act as a subject matter expert on domestic and international relocation consulting matters, with responsibilities including (but not limited to) crafting white papers, policy development / benchmarking, process analysis & mapping, project & procedure planning and cost forecasting.

 Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience within the relocation and/or consulting arenas in highly responsible positions requiring structured project management skills, leading teams, utilizing appropriate software tools and delivering quality solutions to business problems.  Candidates must demonstrate a compelling leadership style that works well in a team environment and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company as well as with clients.

 SUMMARY OF POSITION DESCRIPTION

Provide relocating employee transactional support to consultants, clients and Paragon. Responsibilities include file coordination, supplier communications, telephone backup, data entry and integrity, and miscellaneous follow up tasks.

TYPE AND DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

 General computer knowledge; proficiency in MS Office/Windows - specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to learn Paragon defined software in a fast-paced environment. Accurate and efficient data entry of information.  Strong human relations and interpersonal skill sets to develop and maintain working relationships with consultants, transferees, suppliers, clients and other Paragon employees.  Detail oriented to insure data entry and internal/external communications contain correct information and delivered in designated timeframe.  Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize and complete assignments on schedule. «Effective multi-tasking skills to coordinate multiple job functions and responsibilities.

 PRIMARY POSITION - ACCOUNTABILITIES

 PLANNING:   (Significant activities responsible for a successful transaction performance)

File set-up: Upon notification and receipt of required client transactional initiation forms, the Relocation Administrator will enter employee information into RIMS· and/or other designated Paragon software to prepare transactional files.

 Transactional Support Duties: Send process defined communications to transferees; provide telephone back-up by taking accurate, detailed messages and/or when appropriate responding to questions/concerns; timely/accurate transactional data entry; and file management. 

Supplier Contact: Place supplier referrals and follow-up to insure timely receipt of requested information and required reports.

 Outlook Proficiency: Utilize Outlook tasking and calendar to insure responsibilities are performed accurately and in a timely manner.

 MAINTAINING STATE-OF-THE-ART IN POSITION

Broaden knowledge of real estate transactions by continual review of industry periodicals and articles and/or taking real estate courses.

 Become an expert on various Company software programs to insure job responsibilities are performed effectively and efficiently.
